Services

  • Carries out all elections held in Hamilton County.
  • Serves as county Freedom of Information Officer. 
  • Secretary to the Board of County Commissioners.
  • Assists and Monitors all county budgets. 
  • Compiles and prepares County Tax Levies. 
  • Coordinates and pays all county expenditures.
  • Coordinates payroll and benefits for all county employees. 
  • Provides assistance to county residents in preparing Refund Application Homestead Property Taxes. 
  • Kansas Wildlife and Parks licensing agent.
